He then spent a few years traveling and working in the Middle East and Latin America, then returned to Montr\u00E9al to make films on perpetual motion machines. He ultimately made his way to Toronto, taking a Visual Effects course at Seneca and starting at Head Gear in 2004. In 2005, Philippe made \u0022Taco Monde\u0022, his first foray into the realm of animated films about food.
