Each program has aired on PBS-TV stations across the northeast and has reached wide audiences through independent self-distribution. A leader in the independent film movement, Camoin founded Upstate Independents, the Albany-AIVF Salon (1995) and was voted Best Local Filmmaker by Metroland (1999). His production company, Videos For Change, LLC was selected by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute\u0027s Incubator program located in Troy, NY where numerous projects are currently in development including dynamic use of streaming media. Camoin holds a Masters in Social Work from the State University of New York at Albany.","offset":0,"nextOffset":null,"totalCharacters":966,"complete":true},"rightsUrl":"https://www.videohistoryproject.org/terms-service"}
