Described as The Public Instrument-Controlled Video Game Competition, the work will incorporate new music, software, and musical gaming interfaces that will result in performances in November 2009 at The Annex (NYC), and in December 2009 at The Tank (NYC). David Hindman is a regular contributor to the New Instruments for Musical Expression Conference (NIME) and recently appears as a guest speaker at the 2007 O\u0027Reilly Emerging Technology Conference in San Diego.
