Ariella Ben-Dov
Ariella Ben-Dov is the co-founder, director and curator of the MadCat Women's International Film Festival, held each September in the San Francisco Bay area. Ben-Dov also tours with the Festival to museums, art houses and universities across the country. She writes about documentary and avant-garde film and participates in panels on alternative exhibition, documentary film and experimental filmmaking.
She was a guest curator at the NY Underground Film Festival, USA Film Festival and MIX. In addition, she has been a juror and panelist for foundations such as the San Francisco Arts Commission, the Marin Arts Council, and the Horizons Foundation.
