Cynthia Lovett

Cynthia Lovett received an MPS from the Tisch School of the Arts - Interactive Telecommunications Program at New York University (2001). In 1996 she received an MFA from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. She has participated in residencies such as the PS1 International Studio Program and the Harvestworks New Works Residency in 1998.

She has exhibited video and installation works at The Sculpture Center, Brooklyn Museum of Art, Momenta Art (Brooklyn), and the Galleries at Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. Recently Cynthia was a Lower Manhattan Cultural Council Swing Space Artist and an artist in residence at the Rotunda Gallery/BCAT Multimedia Residency (2005-06), and the Experimental Television Center (2006).     Lauren Petty is a media artist and teacher working in sound, installation and film; she earned an MA in Video Art & Performance from NYU's Gallatin school in 1999 and is Chief Video Engineer at Harvestworks Media Arts Center. She teaches at The New School, the International Center of Photography and Pratt Institute and produces multiple-channel video/sound installations, single-channel works, interactive video scores and collaborative projects with The Wooster Group. Her work has been exhibited and screened at institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art and The Brooklyn Museum; she has received grants and fellowships, including two New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowships, and residencies at MacDowell and Yaddo.

    Allison Berkoy (http://www.berkoy.com) holds an MA in Performance Studies from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a BS from Northwestern University; her installations and screenings have been shown at Monkey Town, Maiden Brooklyn Gallery, Millennium and the Virginia Film Festival. She has presented live video projection spectacles at Tonic, Abrons Art Center, CMJ Music Festival, Midwest Music Summit, The Knitting Factory and Gallapagos Art Space.

    Kristine Marx holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MFA from Hunter College; she has served as lecturer at the Whitney Museum of American Art and at the Hudson River Museum and has curated shows for several galleries in Manhattan. Her work has been exhibited at Plane Space, NY and in group exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Canada and Germany.
