Don Simmons

MFA, Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.

Simmons recently completed a residency at the Banff Center, and is presently on the faculty at the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary.

His works have been shown in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax and St. John's.

Don is a conceptual artist whose artworks take the form of robotics, electronics, audio, installation or performance.

    Will Contino, born in Los Angeles, has lived and worked in New York, Baltimore, Philadelphia and London; he received a BFA from Alfred University and an MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art in 1989. He taught at the College of Art and Design at Alfred University beginning in 1991, taught drawing and painting at the American School in London after moving there in 1997, and returned to Alfred in 2003 as a visiting professor in the Expanded Media Division.     Matthew Belanger is an artist, developer, educator and curator based in New York City and the Northern Berkshires; his photography, digital imaging, interactive installations and net art commissions have been exhibited internationally and featured in publications including La VanGuardia, Boing Boing, The Boston Globe and The Book of Alternative Photographic Processes. He is a lecturer at Borough of Manhattan Community College, where he teaches web development, and a co-founder of Greylock Arts, a non-commercial art space dedicated to interactive new media and emerging arts practice; website http://matthewbelanger.net.

    Will Pappenheimer is an artist living and working in Brooklyn, NY; since 2004 he has been Assistant Professor of Digital Media at Pace University, New York, NY.     Nomads was founded by a group of artists, curators and arts administrators dedicated to exploring the cross-section of art and technology; the collective views the Web as a mechanism for the collective creation and dissemination of work by artists. Steve Bradley practices sound performance, time-based media and material culture and collects debris from urban and suburban landscapes; his work has been exhibited at the Washington Center for Photography and Pulse Art. He curated art@radio, was artist in residence at Communication Front (Bulgaria), has performed at international festivals and is presently professor of visual art at the University of Maryland.
