FCC guidelines as of the First Order and Report of March 17, 1971, Docket 1842

Abstract

This article briefly touches upon new FCC guidelines as of the First Order and Report of March 17, 1971, Docket 18425. A reproduction, the booklet contains guidelines for the new composite test signal also drawn by vectorscopes, a section on the color bars and test signals for monochrome transmissions, and the modified multiburst. Other sections include checking up on the STL, the demodulator, the radio path, and the future. Midway through the booklet find a photograph of the equipment and author.
