Reilly presented The Independents, Media Arts Centers and Public Television; Alan Jacobs, Executive Director of AIVF, contributed The Independent Mandate; and Nick DeMartino, independent producer and editor of Televisions and consultant, Carnegie Commission on the Future of Public Broadcasting, addressed The Case for a Center for Independent Television.
