Peer Bode is an American new-media artist and educator who worked at the Experimental Television Center in Binghamton and Owego from the late 1970s and served as ETC Programs Coordinator (1977–85, 1986–87); he collaborated on hand-built and digital video instruments with David Jones and Ralph Hocking. He is Professor of Video Arts and Co-Director of the Institute for Electronic Arts at Alfred University; his work is produced at ETC, the IEA and Pep Studios, and Transport (2001) was shown at the 2003 European Media Art Festival.
