BA, Sarah Lawrence College; MFA, Hunter College. She has served as lecturer at the Whitney Museum of American Art and at the Hudson River Museum. She has curated shows for several galleries in Manhattan. Marx has received awards from the Bronx Museum of Art, the Arts Project of Japan and from Hunter College. Her work has been exhibited at Plane Space, NY.
