KQED-TV, San Francisco, Experimental Television Workshop renamed National Center for Experiments in Television (NCET), funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA). Paul Kaufman, Director.

They trace NCET from its 1967 founding at KQED as the Experimental TV Project with NEA and Rockefeller funding to its 1969 renaming and CPB support; Brice Howard is cited as director. They mention Graham Tape Delay and Beck's Direct Video Synthesizer, and note that the Pacific Film Archive will assemble compilations, publish a small catalogue by fall 2000.
