- Siggraph '83 Chronology
Siggraph '83 Exhibition of Computer Art was held at the Isetan Museum of Art August 4–16, 1983 and traveled to sites throughout the US between July 1983 and May 1984; still prints in the exhibition were by Ralph Hocking, Walter Wright, Barbara Buckner, Connie Coleman and Alan Powell, and Tom DeWitt. The exhibition travelled to venues in France (Maison Cinema, Grenoble; Maison Culture, Chalonssuraone; Ministry of Culture, Paris; La Chartreuse Villeneuve, Lez Avignon; The American Center, Paris), Italy (City Council, Florence), Japan (Isetan Museum, Tokyo; Isetan Museum, Shizuoka; Marui Imai Museum, Hokkaido) and the USA (Flint Institute, Detroit); a videotape by Tom DeWitt and Vebeke Sorenson was produced at the Image Processing Lab at Renssalear Polytechnic Institute, Troy, and Harland Snodgrass was technical consultant on the exhibition.
