Abstract

Sony Corporation of America. Modification of Sony Model #YWV380PZK01A CCTV Camera to Operate Silicon Target Vidicon RCA Type 4875. Texual modifications follow: 1) Change R101 in the preamplifier from 4.7M to 1.0M, 2) Remove the external connection (wire) from pin #3 of the preamplifier connector, 3) Connect the circuit shown in the block diagram (p. 26) between the cathode (pin 3-22 on power supply & deflection circuit) and the target D.C. lead (pin 3 on the preamplifier). Technical data include slant-track, 2:1 interlaced composite video, approximately 220-line resolution (playback on CV-2000 Series), stated video and audio signal-to-noise ratios, semiconductor counts and dimensions and weights for both units.
