  Steve Seid (Video Curator, Pacific Film Archive) and Maria Troy (Associate Curator, Wexner Center) wrote on June 17, 2000 about planned Pacific Film Archive exhibitions of NCET videoworks centered on The Videola (1973). They trace NCET from its 1967 founding at KQED as the Experimental TV Project with NEA and Rockefeller funding to its 1969 renaming and CPB support; Brice Howard is cited as director. They mention Graham Tape Delay and Beck's Direct Video Synthesizer, and note that the Pacific Film Archive will assemble compilations, publish a small catalogue by fall 2000.
