Todd Chandler

Todd Chandler is a filmmaker and musician. He has created impressionistic, journey-oriented films and issue-driven documentaries. His work has been featured at the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival, Chicago Underground Film Festival, The United Nations African Issues Screening Series, and the Margaret Mead Film and Video Festival.

A multi-instrumentalist, he plays upright bass in the Minneapolis-based band Dark Dark Dark and banjo and upright bass in Fall Harbor, a musical collaboration with artist C. Ryder Cooley. Currently he is directing Flood, an experimental narrative film about a journey down a river in a time of economic and ecological collapse.

    Christopher Musgrave is an electronic media artist from San Francisco who creates audio and image generation/processing systems to develop immersive, temporal sensory environments; he has worked with digital media since '94 as an interactive multi-media author, QA engineer, animator and graphic designer and has been director of streaming media for a large internet film website. His exhibitions and performances include Untitled (Breach) at The Pond, San Francisco (11/01), interstice at 3 Walls, San Antonio (10/01) and Horizons at Blue Star 13, San Antonio (07/98); he attended DEAF and Machine Times and maintains a portfolio at www.auraloptic.com.

    Jack Waters is a film maker, writer, media artist, choreographer and performer; his video short The Male Gayze screened at the Whitney Museum Of American Art in February 1995 and his film works are preserved by Visual AIDS' Estate Project for Artists With AIDS and held by NYC's Film Maker's Cooperative and New York University's Fales Library and Special Collections. He created the digital art work Superschmoozio and co-founded Naked Eye Cinema, a component of Abc No Rio and an international venue for experimental film from 1985-1992. As a journalist he contributed to Color Life and LGNY and wrote for Conde Nast Bride's Magazine and Poz Magazine, and he was a panelist at the February 2000 College Art Association panel Archiving the Unarchivable.
