with guest editors Lisa Steele + Kim Tomzcak, and Nayan Shah, exploring the complex nature of the topics of VOYEURISM , surveillance, and the pleasures and risks of watching. VOYEURISM incorporated a significant international element, with guest editors from Canada, and articles and artist pages from Canadian artists comprising more than one quarter of the issue. The inclusion of a diverse group of artists broadens the dialogue between media arts communities in our countries, leading to new exchanges between Canadian and U.S. artists, as well as between cultural and educational institutions (also increasing distribution of FELIX in Canada).
