  • Jayce Salloum People

    Jayce Salloum is an artist working in installation, photography, mixed and new media and video since 1975; he has curated exhibitions and conducted workshops and, after 22 years in San Francisco, Banff, Toronto, San Diego, Beirut and New York, lives and works in Vancouver. He holds a BFA (San Francisco Art Institute, 1980) and an MFA (University of California, San Diego, 1988) and attended the Whitney Independent Studio (1988–89) and PS1 International Studio Program (1989–90); he worked in the Residency Program at the Experimental Television Center. His work is in public collections including MoMA and Centre Georges Pompidou and is distributed by Video Databank.

  • John G. Hanhardt People

    John G. Hanhardt is Senior curator of film and media arts at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum; he holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.A. from New York University. He was film coordinator at the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis (1972–74) and curator and head of the film and video department at the Whitney Museum of American Art (1974–96). He curated exhibitions and film and video series at the Whitney and Guggenheim, edited Video Culture: A Critical Investigation (1986) and received the Peter Norton Family Foundation Curator's Grant (1993).
