  Keiko Tsuno is co-founder of Downtown Community TV Center; over 26 years more than 50,000 students studied electronic media arts at DCTV. She produced PBS documentaries including The Story of Vinh (1991), a CINE Golden Eagle and Tokyo Video Festival winner, and Third Avenue – Only the Strong Survive (1980), which earned her a National Emmy for Best Editing and the Tokyo Video Festival Grand Prix.
