Founded by Carl Geiger in 1970 to explore the computer-controlled video imaging system developed by Carl Geiger and Gerard Fountain. Access to this system was provided to a limited number of artists each year. A small stipend was provided. Post-production work was arranged through the Synapse Video Center at Syracuse University.
