    The New York State Council on the Arts 1974–75 report for Film, TV/Media and Literature records total NYSCA receipts of 35,957,900 and program expenditures for Film, TV/Media, Lit of 2,871,133. The TV/Media program awarded $1,233,770 to 42 organizations to establish video resource centers, support artist-in-residence programs (including ZBS Foundation, Innervision Media Systems and the Educational Broadcasting Corporation/TV Lab) and to purchase time-base correctors for public television; it funded a New York Performance broadcast series. Film funding rose to $1,077,172 supporting 80 organizations and expanded film exhibitions and productions; MERC (Young Filmakers Foundation) loaned equipment to 184 organizations and 284 artists in 32 counties; the Film and Video Bureau (New York Foundation for the Arts) assisted 77 organizations in 34 communities.
