    Video and the Art Museum was a three-day workshop and seminar held April 4–6, 1974 at the Everson Museum of Art in Syracuse; it was supported by the New York State Council on the Arts and the Rockefeller Foundation. Program included presentations by William Wegman, Phil Niblock, Frank Gilette, Walter Wright and Juan Downey, on-going tape screenings including Circuit: A Video Invitational and works by Andy Mann, Ira Schneider, Nam June Paik and Peter Campus, and additional talks and seminars including portapack training and a production seminar at Synapse.

    Transmission was an exhibition at the Bakalar and Huntington Galleries, Massachusetts College of Art, January 25–February 27, 1999. David Atwood is listed as Staff Director, WGBH, 1967–1980; presenters and co-curators included Fred Barzyk (Executive Producer, WGBH/New Television Workshop, 1964–1981), Susan Dowling (Executive Director, NTW, 1982–93) and Michèle Furst (Director, BF/VF, 1978–80), with Chrissie Iles representing the Whitney Museum of American Art. Programming included a special presentation on archiving and preserving video art by Carl Piermarini and Selene Colburn (New Television Workshop Project, Media Archives and Preservation Center, WGBH), a performance by Kristin Lucas, installations by Beryl Korot and Nam June Paik, and videotapes by Nam June Paik, William Wegman, Betsey Connors, Peter Campus and others.
