David Hindman
New York-based interactive artist and designer David Hindman will develop an interactive musical performance piece using custom designed hardware and software.
Described as The Public Instrument-Controlled Video Game Competition, the work will incorporate new music, software, and musical gaming interfaces that will result in performances in November 2009 at The Annex (NYC), and in December 2009 at The Tank (NYC). David Hindman is a regular contributor to the New Instruments for Musical Expression Conference (NIME) and recently appears as a guest speaker at the 2007 O'Reilly Emerging Technology Conference in San Diego.
