  • Monica Duncan People

    Monica Duncan is an interdisciplinary print, video and performance artist and educator born and raised in Webster, New York; she received a BFA from Alfred University and served as assistant to the Director of the International Student Residency, a program of Alfred University and the Experimental Television Center. Exhibitions of the Evolutionary Girls Club were shown throughout Germany, Sweden and Finland and at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Cornell University, Massachusetts College of Art and Rhode Island School of Design; she collaborated with Lara Odell on Antibodies, a video/performance project exploring color theory in a social context. In collaboration with Annie Langan she co-founded a Print/Video Residency program in Louisville, Kentucky; website listed at http://www.artselectronic.com.

  • Mary Flanagan People

    Mary Flanagan works in networked and computer-based installation, popular culture and computer gaming; her work has been shown internationally, including the Whitney Museum of American Art 2002 Biennial. Her essays have appeared in Art Journal, Wide Angle, Convergence and Culture Machine; she created The Adventures of Josie True, the first web-based adventure game for girls. Her projects have been funded by the National Science Foundation; she teaches at Hunter College, runs the tiltFactor lab and collaborates with NYU's MRL.

  • Lindsay Woodruff People

    Lindsay Sampson, BFA Alfred University, is an artist, art educator and small business owner based in Pennsylvania; her art, curatorial, educational and advocacy projects have been presented in the Lehigh Valley (PA), Buffalo (NY), Burlington (VT), Chicago (IL), Miami (FL), Pittsburgh (PA) and Stroudsburg (PA). She served on the board of Squeaky Wheel Media Resource Center and was member/co-owner and membership coordinator at the Nickel City Co-op in Buffalo; her artwork has toured internationally with The Evolutionary Girls Club. She developed art programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically children with Autism, and is a member of the National Art Education Association; website www.onthewingjewelry.com.
